NDI/Superdekk Tire testing event 2017-2019

Collaborating with NDI, one of the largest tire distributors in Scandinavia, we set out to create an event that would promote NDI´s tire brands Nexen, Toyo, and Hankook. Our collective goal was to create a stronger feeling of association with the products by the workshops selling and handling the products to the end customers. Several of the workshops were also selling tire brands from other competitors, such as Pirelli and Michelin. With this objective in mind, we set out to create an event that would let the workshops test, feel, and get to know the products from NDI in a fun and creative way.

As previously working with events for Mini Cooper Norway, they were interested in joining this event and by this promoting their cars as test cars. From this, we created an ice track testing event at Hunderfossen where we Invited 375 individuals from different workshops to test the various tire brands mounted on Mini-Coopers. This gave them the experience to test, feel, and touch the products in use. After completing the event, NDI noticed a notable increase in the tires sold from the workshops and a stronger relation to their re-sellers. Mini-Cooper got their cars to be test driven by 375 people, something that also provided them with multiple sales during the event. All in all, the event was successful and a fun project to be a part of.
